What's the minimum credit score needed to qualify?

Most of our programs start at 620 credit score. If you're below a 620 score, we have credit consulting programs we can refer you to that will assist in negotiating deletion of derogatory marks on credit and tell you what you need to do to get your credit up to qualify.

Do I need a large down payment?

No! Many of our buyers qualify for 100% financing through USDA loans & down payment assistance, which means no down payment required.

What if I'm self-employed or 1099?

That's fine — you just need to have filed your taxes. If you earn commission income, you'll need at least 2 years of consistent history.

Is there a maximum income limit?

Yes. For most programs, your household income needs to be under $150,000 to qualify.

How soon can I move in?

Many of our new construction homes are move-in ready now. Depending on the program you choose, you could be in your new house in as little as 30–45 days.

What if I have time remaining on my lease?

If you have time remaining on your lease, we typically have homes in progress that are 45 - 60 days out from completion that we can match with your lease expiration so you don't pay both rent and mortgage.

Are the homes customizable?

No, the homes are not technically customizable while in construction. Most clients personalize and add upgrades as they live in it which is much more affordable.

Can you build on private land?

We do not build on private land - only in communities we develop. This allows us to keep pricing affordable and steady.
